gutted for ya mate, didnt realise chips away were in spain also!
would like a write up on the procedure though dude when there done with pics as i am thinking of calling them up soon! Carlos

No expert but I'd say thats probably an easy spot, most of the bonnet is single skinned I seem to remember from imagining what it looks like - if so they can probably push it from behind fairly simply.

just a quick update for those of you who are interested
![]() took it into ChipsAway and they said that the whole bonnet would have to be resprayed after the repair, at least it would get the stone chips sorted at the same time, BUT i have a dilemma. I 'm a bit worried that the respray will not match the rest of the car exactly although they did a good job on a small part of my Mrs' motor last week but this is a much larger area. Im wondering if BMW would be a better option, i havent had a chance though to get an insurance quote from them and have had to submit the ChipsAway one. The dent is noticeable if you look for it and im wondering if a respray would stand out more than the dent itself ? any advice would be most welcome.. |
