Another boring insurance thread

Hi guys,
Just about to press accept for an insurance quote from admiral:
280 all in fully comp for the m135i

Esure a touch cheaper but heard not so grea things with esure
So seconds out.....

Admiral vs esure
Pros to cons any experience with either, any info regarding mods might get a spoiler stuck on if mod friendly
Cheers all
Lee

Have a try with Brentacre. They've been said to be very competitive even with mods.

Personally would stick with Admiral. Not hear great stuff about Esure. admiral are by no means saints either, but imo better of the two.

Both are thieving and try to wriggle out of paying in a claims situation, u get what u pay for with insurance really, have u tried Aviva or Directline, they aren't on the aggregators btw? But offer competitive premiums and get good reviews

No problems. To be honest, no insurance company will ever want to pay without giving you a hard time.

Aviva (aka Norwich Union) are actually pretty bad from what i've heard.

Admiral count a speed awareness course as a conviction and load your premium accordingly. As far as I know, no-one else does. This is a right pain (apart from the expense) because you then have to explain to your next insurance company that you haven't actually got a conviction and it is just Admiral being awkward.

Ive been with Esure for the last 3 years, and was with Esure in 2012 when I went in the back of someone, was a doddle getting it all sorted. Although it was my fault, and I admitted liability from day 1.
However they haven't been very good when it comes to changing cars, and on my renewal quote for this year they have come in double what anyone else has.

Ive just renewed with Directline, and done both cars with them (M3 and Qashqai) for the same price Esure were asking for one.
