It's nice to be able to thrash your car but it's also nice to put down a time on a given track and work on beating it.

Could you imagine if the 1/4 mile wasn't a set distance every time?

Ah that's right. I thought there was something that I was forgetting.

I guess you could just get an ARDC membership and CAMS L2S license and that would allow you to do as many private practice days you wanted, 2 half day track days at 50% off and then compete in supersprints etc.

Mind you that 'undertaking' manoeuvre of yours was pretty gutsy considering those peeps were all over the track, I was getting ready to pull over to the left if one of them suddenly dived into the corner.

Haha oh yeah that's right I did. The 3 series feel much more balanced than the 1 series cars. I've even noticed this in my parents non M-sport E90 320i.

I did manage to get a 1.13 on my car running on map 1 with no meth. So only seemed to gain a second or so with the meth. I seem to be limited by traction. Lots of understeer pushing into corners.

Can't wait to put in all the suspension and brakes stuff. Spongy faded brakes are really scary when trying to slow down from 200kph at the end of the straight
