I went for an exterior detail - wash, clay, polish, sealant, wax, wheel clean and seal, tyres, windows. Took about 4 hours. Paul used Chemical Guys products which I think look great. He also offers Zymol. Very affable and knowledgeable guy. I recommend him w/o hesitation.

£120, which I think is pretty fine.

Wow, that is CHEAP! Miracle Detail (although arguably the best) are I believe £75/hr so you would've been looking at £300. Mind you, it would have been Zymol which in theory is "better", although I did mine with zymol and I don't think it looked as good as yours!!!!! I suspect technique is a lot of it, also have to look at durability.

Will you be maintaining the finish now with CG products?

Would you say it looks better than new now? I often see that with detailers.

Thanks. I must admit I'm now a fan of CG. I was going to go with Zymol but thought I'd give CG a go - glad I did.

Paul will do Zymol Concours for £25 more - good deal I'd say.

Your car look's stunning Mate, I bet you over the moon, and for £120, I've emailed Paul to see if he covers Kent.

Thanks for posting the photo's.

I'd hire him but I think I wound him up a little (or possibly that was my interpretation) with some posts on detailingworld (and vice versa). Bit silly to get wound up by someone on a forum if you are looking for business Wasn't even about detailing IIRC. His work looks pretty damn good though and seems highly regarded on detailingworld tho.

wow that is very reasonable.. I just need a good machine polish.. but for that price i could get the whole thing done and then do my own Zymol application later.

Did £120 include a machine polish to remove the swirls etc?? That's normally where the cost goes up.
