Bluetooth and iOS7

Last night I updated my iPhone to iOS7 and now my phone seems to not want to connect to my car via Bluetooth, has any other iPhone users had the same problem??

Could someone let me know the code that I have to enter please, I thought it was 0000 but it seems not, I was convinced that's what it was but can't find my manual to check, it's in a box somewhere after we moved house.

No problems with both my E90 or my parents F30. The number to sync the Bluetooth is usual 0000 but I think it can be anything as long as they are the same on both the car and phone....

Thanks for your reply, I thought it was 0000, can't understand why it won't connect. I've deleted the phone from the car and tried a new connection, but it's just not having it

When I updated my iPhone 5 it did turn the Bluetooth on the phone off.... I assume it's not something as simple as that??

I did think that when I was at work today, checked my phone and Bluetooth is definitely on. The update never switched the wifi or Bluetooth off.

do you have another device? see if you can connect with something else to confirm the 0000 code... would rule one area of failure out

The update turned my bluetooth off on the phone. Turning it back on and getting into the car, it just reconnected and sync'd the phonebook.

Now, my car can be pretty fussy and sometimes losses my iPhone 5. I have to switch the car off and leave it to power down before it will reconnect the phone properly. Sometimes it screws up the phonebook and just gives numbers but so far IOS7 is ok.

Have you tried rebooting the iPhone using the Home AND power buttons?

My power button recently stopped working, I might have to get my upgrade early if I can't sort it out, was thinking of holding on for the new samsung, whenever that might be.

I've managed to sort my Bluetooth connection problem, it was something simple, after I entered 0000 into the phone, I didn't realise I had to enter the same password into the car as well
