Please provide us with your lease details like BzsBimmer says: lease term, mileage, money factor, and I'm also curious as to what your signing amount is comprised of if there's no down payment? Seems high unless you're paying multiple security deposits.

But as an example with the options you selected, if you got a deal at $1000 over dealer invoice, and a 15k/yr for 3 yrs lease at the current buy rate, your lease payments would be about $624/mo + tax with NO money down other than the necessary first month, SD, and necessary fees.
