BOV Installation - FL.... - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I am thinking about getting a BOV for my car and I want to try to save some money and attemp to install it myself but I dont feel too comfortable. Has anyone in the S. FL area done a BOV installation on their 335i that would be willing to help me out with my installation? Thanks Mike.

yeah ive installed the AA BOV on my car a few times...its pretty straightforward

Why not just go directly to AA and get it done? I'm sure if you bought a BOV from them they would hook you up on the install.

Oh, that blows. I figured if you paid retail for their bov and bought direct then they would hook you up on the install, but I guess not.

They won't even take the 20 minutes to install your XEDE if you buy it from them for ~$1200!!! It's $163/hr. in labor and it takes 'one hour' by a technician to install XEDE. I think I'll get directions and do it myself, and the BOV too.
