i didnt know england didnt have any freedom like that. George Bush should add england on the list of countries to free (aka invade) to spread democracy there and allow people to smoke if they wanted to.

To be fair it was illegal and a bit of an error on the part of the producers.

I don't think anyone is going to take it further though and I think anyone calling for an apology just makes themselves look stupid.
