Spacers that include studs and lug nuts?

Was wondering if there is any brand of spacer that is wheel and hubcentric for our cars that has pressed in wheel studs with lug nuts to attach the wheel and then uses lugbolts to attach to the hub. Every spacer I can find for our cars uses new, or reuses stock lugbolts instead of new studs.

thanks,
-Justin

Never seen anything like that; H&R DRA's are the only thing that are similar to what you want. Guess you could try a stud conversion
