BMW Fault Codes - DPF?

Got these fault codes on my evolve box as the car is not outputting full power past 3000 rpm.

I think I may have a clogged DPF, anyone have any other ideas?

Car is driven spiritedly at all times outside towns and does plenty of motorway miles.
Took it to a friend whos a mechanic, he got the advice to put a special fluid through the car which should have sorted the problem, which initially it did.
However 200 miles later and the particulate filter warning popped up again and the car has little power after 3000rpm.
Im thinking the EGR Stat may be knackered also...just a hunch.

Any advice to save me a few ?

Check your engine temp. If your thermostat is knackered you want get over 80c. This will cause your engine to over fuel, which can cause dpf problems. Have seen a drop in mpg as well. Also this wont throw up any errors codes

It's a bit of a pain in the arse really, of the top of my head you need to

Press and hold the mileage/trip reset button while inserting your key fob.

You need to add up the last 5 digits of your vin No. to give you a code No.

Press the mileage/trip button until you reach menu 19, it will say lock on.

Then press the mileage/trip button to put in your code No.

You will then be sent back to the first menu, press the mileage/trip button until you reach menu 7. This is where you will find the engine temp.

Try it after a nice long run, mine shows 90c. I'm sure someone on here will have a link to some better insructions, like I said this is just of the top of my head
