Engine Service Soon

Okay so ive had my cobb for about 2 weeks now and i had a check engine service light come on a few days ago. I used my cobb to read the codes and it says my car is having misfires on cylinder 4 and 6. The light turned off a few days later. My car is still under warranty for about a week any steps that i should take?

Uninstall your tune, which will erase your codes. Then drive it stock, drive it hard for the next few days and hope you can get it to misfire and produce a code, and then bring it in before the week is up.
