Do your spark plugs have over 20,000 miles on them? Did you change them?

Have you tried moving your coilpacks from a cylinder that is misfiring to a cylidner that isn't misfiring to see if it moves?

Have you any other codes related to fuel either injectors or fuel pumps?

How many miles are on the vehicle?

Has it ever had an intake valve cleaning?

***
Nothing from your video really stands out with an obvious answer but you should solve your misfires first then move onto the next potential problem.

Knock is pre-detonation and it's not continual unless there are a lot of issues. There's a good chance you're not hearing knock, but the injectors or valves.

You can generally tell if you're experiencing knock by checking the knock value when data logging or by checking to see if timing is being pulled when logging.

I read the codes off the JB4 an boost leak was coming up 30FF
