Just pick up my car, but please help....

Just pickup my car, and take a quick look at the engine bay, found that there is a missing of bolt somewhere near the oil filter.....
Does anyone know what is that? And if it is meant to be missed?
So worry about it.....can't imagine I have to fix it just soon after picking up my car....

Mine is a E92 325i
And I found some funny little holes over the inner fender of the left front wheel too.
Saw it from the engine bay....
Are they meant to be "opened" like that holes?

The top picture with the hole is designed for a engine lifting point, nothing to worry about they all have it. The bottom picture isn't something i have seen before, although it doesnt look too serious. If you wanted to you could grab a second hand wheel arch trim or brand new for a under a hundred bucks. Nothing to stress about

Second pic is normal, my 335i has those large and obscene cut outs as well.

Thanks.
My friend told me that that is an engine lifting point too, but he doesn't own a BMW, so, I just want to confirm his statement is correct as he is not sure too.

I just saw them on mine the other day when I had all the brakes and wheels removed etc. the worrying thing is that just on the other side sits my BoV... I might buy some fine mesh to stick over it maybe.
