Does the knuckle spins while torquing the nut

It can, but see that hex head built into the top of the bolt? You use that to hold it still.

Ok but if I'm using a torque to apply the specific torque from the Bentley manual.
The torque will be on top of the knuckle so how can I hold it to prevent to spins

use impact then torque...it will not move. I have done 15 sets this way. If no impact, tighten nut with box end wrench and hold with torx bit until tight then torque to spec.
