If it means anything, we're ALL going to Moroso on 11/30 (if the weather is good), and we'll be sure to post results then. I hope to have an extra oil cooler and v2.02 map update by then, and I'm sure Bimmermans54 and NYCGarbagePrince's AA XEDE 335i's will be just as fast if not faster by then.

I keep saying that SFLGATORS car is FAST, it is, no doubt, I am not bashing shiv, well I am on the customer service part, out of my 9 calls, never got 1 back but still, this is about the product...
Again, SFLGATOR, my bad for putting you though this mud slide. It was a bad call, I thought it would have had a different outcome. Let me know if you need help with th oil cooler!
Thank you; that's why I called you...about the oil cooler. It really was a lot of fun meeting you guys, and no doubt we'll do it again soon. Plus, we're going to have a blast in 4 weeks when we all go to Moroso!

Also, I would like to give some props to Bimmermans54 and NYCGarbagePrince...regardless of what was going on with my car, there's NO DOUBT that these AA XEDE cars with exhaust, DPs, etc. are fast as sh!t!!!!!!

Nothing against Shiv (and everyone knows how "pro-Shiv" and "pro-PROcede' I am ), but it would appear that AA has really taken the XEDE far beyond what Shiv had done in a short time with the original XEDE for the 335i. After experiencing these cars first-hand (I also took a drive in NYCGarbagePrince's AA XEDE 335i as well), these cars are in fact MONSTERS that pull very hard and very smoothly (not the old "on/off" switch of the original 335i XEDE)!!!

yeah wtf 18 psi is a small mod.....that is 4 psi more and i thought catless dps from the 2 main that are out are giving 30-40hp plus erxhaust add another 20 mesistershaft full system is about 26hp without dp's....with the other mods its a no brainer....not a fair run at all!!!!! esp with a custom map and not the one most everyone is running with the xede!!!!

I bet if you threw catless dp's full exhaust and the other mods on the v2 car it would have been fair!!!!

Didn't you read? He mentioned in several posts on this thread that he does not have 18psi and running the regular R6 map of Xede.

I could understand if I had RISS RACING 3" dps, and AA's full mandrel bent exhaust, but I have what I did at a local exhaust shop, so its really not that big of a deal!
Cats are the biggest restriction in just about every modern stock system so, don't act like taking them out isn't going to increase engine response even if it doesn't ultimately make more power.

Taking the one catalytic converter out of my Evo made a night and day difference in engine and boost response. Never mind the 4 in the stock 335 exhaust.

The other thing I left out of my statement was it being an experienced racer versus an inexperienced driver.

I'm not trying to say either one's product is better than the others like it seems you are trying to. They are both good but, if you are going to brag on how one is better than the other you should be comparing apples to apples. But what the hell do I know I've only won two Winston Cup championships (on my way to a third) and worked in racing my entire life.

This is funny how many people come up with so many excuses on this thread. I'm 100% sure if that race went otherwise and PROcede car won, NONE of those would post anything as an excuse for Xede loss.

I say if gator's car runs in the 12s, the way he pulled, he should be in the 11s. A time slip to confirm would be cool.

Bash Bush? These days isnt that on oxymoron?

The guy is a complete tard.

Since the AA and Procede run what looks like the same box set up, has the AA ever had to produce limp mode maps, or different versions to correct the past ones?

It looks like AA took several steps to get it right the first time. Not bashing , but it reminds me of one of my favorite movies. Tommy Boy.

"Thats what makes the general public the general public,,,, fact is Im a hell of a sales man , and they dont know any better."

New ownership at moroso. The daughter is now running the show. I know of more than 1 person that snapped their axle because of the enhanced track prep. What used to be a spin fest is now actually more of a learning process. If you can get there early enough that is..

I would absolutely love to see the people (driver72) that said that the huge gain that walkedu had on the v1.47 car was attributed to v2.0 come into this thread and say that the huge lead Bimmerman had on sflgator is due to his small modification (exhaust, catless dps). After all they did say themselves that these "small" modifications had no HUGE effect on walkedu's v2.0 car stepping on the v1.47 car.
I raced WalkedU Pre and Post v2.0. v2.0 made him considerably quicker. I think the M5s will agree as well. I honestly live down the street from the guy so we meet up quite a bit.
