1. has more of a "tuner" look. Personally, I prefer the clean look of the silver. So my vote is 2.

I'm not a HUGE fan of either, I think they both look too flash, but I think that's because of the polished lip rather than the more muted 'alloy' look.

Anyway, I'd like all black wheels, but black with silver is too much, so of these two my vote is #2.
