SoCal window trim vinyl wrap?

I had some random guy off craiglist do my window trim wrap and well it looks like a 5th grader did it, so I need it redone. anyone know a good shop or person (forum member is fine) that can do it? I will pay what's fair, some of these shops and or sponsor want like $150+ which I find a bit absurd to be honest.

located in oc, willing to travel to la or sd

thanks

Best price I've seen is $140 too.

Anyone around NorCal that does it?

I got quotes from don before on my previous cars and I'm sure he does great work but his prices are a bit higher than what I'm looking for. In norcal I think jgmods has a deal that's pretty fairly priced I believe

I bought the materials from him. I did mine myself. Honestly it's not that hard. It's just really tedious and you have to have lots of patience. As long as you take your time, no shortcuts, you will be fine. I'm satisfied with mine especially after I did mine plasti dipped. That was a mistake.

Looking to get it done for my E93 as well... I've gotten quotes from 175-200 and think that is pretty crazy for applying some wrap (IMO)

So I emailed Don about a buddy and I getting our grills and trim wrapped, $120 each if we both get it done. Sounds like a great deal to me considering the good work he does.

That the same quote I got even by myself. He does do a great job but if you have time, save the hundred bucks.

that trim on the exterior of your car some cars come black most come chrome, some people (like me) prefer the black look so the easiest way to get it done is usually to wrap the chrome in black vinyl

I plastidipped mine and it came out pretty good, however I would prefer to have mine wrapped.

I tried wrapping mine and after trying to make the first cut on the rear quarter panel, and cutting through the wrap and into the car paint I said, NOPE! NOT DOING THIS!!!!!! FUCK THIS SHIT!!!

I lasted about 5 minutes before I went out and bought Plasti Dip

Haven't looked up the price of the actual shadow line trim from BMW but i have heard that it is very difficult to remove the trim without breaking it.

I asked for a quote once and it was something like $2,000 for it all. Since we have coupes we have one LONG piece of chrome / shadowline up at the top of the window and he said those were $1400 just for both of those.

Just wrap it for $150. That is a REALLY good deal. Everyone I have been calling is saying minimum is $250 and up

It wasn't precut. It was a roll. No, I didn't have experience at all but with lots of patience. It took around 2 hrs one side. But it should take me less now if I were to do it again. The smoothness both feel and look is 10x better than when I had it plasti dipped.
