Tri-State Dyno Areas? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

for you guys in the tri-state areas (NY, NJ, CT) where do you go to get your dynos and what type of dyno is it?

dynojet wise i have
1. tt performance
2. Kaztech Motorsports
3. Rally Motosport Inc
4. Precision Racing Corp

We have a Mustang Dyno. We also have a nice brewery next door

wow that is far. 2 hours and 14 minutes away. but when your final piggy back comes out ill make the drive for install

how much do the dynojets cost $100k+?

Bruce's speed shop Route 46 West, Rockaway NJ.

Outside trailer dyno. So only does dynos say from April to Dec.

It is a DynoJet.

Also carries a full stock of Racing suits and helmets.

With the local s2000 guys from Long Island (mostly turbo'd s2ks), we all use to go to DRT Racing in Queens since they had a dynojet and we would get three pulls for $75, but that place really is a dump in the middle of a crappy neighborhood so I wouldn't really recommend going there if you had other options.

ICS performance in Stamford CT, exit 12? elm st. on I-95, 15-30 minutes from Westchester depends on how much boost your running... haha

305 u.s. highway 46 rockaway boro NJ about 300 feet west of Trend Motors Volkswagen dealer.

Not sure how much longer he will be doing pulls. Shuts down the dyno during winter. I think its 125 for three pulls....not sure. Bruce the owner usually does the pulls. Busy place gotta make an appointment and pray for no rain

have you guys experienced bruce at ICS? looking at his shop he does alot of custom jobs. he owns that building?

I was talking with another member who took his car to Wired in Linden, NJ. the website is www.wirednj.com.

He said
"It looks like a shady operation at first, but the guys there are really nice. They gave me a pretty good price and gave me 4 runs instead of 3. They typically dyno Japanese cars, but they've had a 600hp supra there. I would go there again, so yes, I would recommend them. If the person is going to go there, tell him Alan with the 335i sent him. Hopefully, that'll give him a discount."

I actually have dealt with TT automotive and the owner is a really nice guy.

right now i have an appoint with ICS performance. but i want to watch while they install exhaust. you think i can b/c when i made the appoint the guy replied "drop it off". so that means i must wait in waiting room?

TT was awesome. I hung out with the owner three feet from my car when they dynoed it. It was with my GTO. Really a ls-gm shop but when I was there a S/C Solara was getting a dyno next.

Usually drop-it off means just that ...drop it off and come back at the end of the day. I find the best way to deal with these shops is an in person visit. They get a million retards calling about all sorts of gay performance questions.
Go to ls-1 or ls-2 .com lots of TT threads. I think the owners are Brian and I think Greg .....can't remember exactly.

they don't really have a waiting room. i assume you haven't been there yet. I've been there quite a few times because the company i work for used to do business with them. However for an exhaust install I would have recommended checking out performance outfitters group in stamford, that's where i work, great place.

you work there as a mechanic? what is your hourly charge? i need to get my ss exhaust installed. i might stop by your shop to get installed. how far away from TT is it?

when is your next free day for my exhaust install? no more then 1.5-2 hours max right?
