Any update on the shipping? I'm dying to install this exhaust.

Alright guys, I got a lot more pics for you guys to check out. I tried my best to get some good rear shots for you guys as I was trying to show how far the tips stick out of the bumper relative to stock, and also how low the mufflers hang in the rear. As you can see from the eye level shots, you can't see the mufflers from the rear unless you kneel down. Anyway, pics below.

Also, the customer who had the exhaust installed last night said that he would post a quick review of the exhaust, so stay tuned for his candid comments! In the mean time, if anyone has any questions please let me know!

Stock Tips/Rear shots:

And to answer your question BoostedBMW, I believe the exhausts are going to start shipping next week. Although I'm not sure so I'll double-check, and if I'm not right then I'll edit this post with the correct info. But I'd be very surprised if these weren't all ready by the middle of next week.

EDIT: Correction - I just verified that we have some systems fully welded and ready to ship, so we're going to start shipping them today. When we ship them, you'll get an email with a copy of your invoice and tracking number.

Somebody asked this earlier....any plans to come out with a quad? I really like this exhaust, I just have my heart set on a 4-piper.

Unfortunately not

We were turned off by the fact that a quad exhaust tip required a different rear bumper. Since we don't have a 335i at our disposal, we had to take what we were given, and we had a stock 335i loaned to us for an extended period of time. So we made an exhaust that fit the stock rear outlets.

However, we're more then willing to sell you a catback sans tips so that you can have your own welded on. That way you can choose whichever rear bumper you prefer and then weld your favorite tips on the end. In fact, we may be able to offer a lower price if you choose not to include tips. If this interests you please let me know. You may PM me or give us a call at the shop, 301-576-5142

Jordan... There are a lot of guys who are just cutting their stock bumpers to fit quads so if you were to offer a quad tip you wouldn't have to do much R&D at all. If you were to keep it the same height as the dual tip and offer the same size as other exhaust competitors (4x76mm) so that it will fit other aftermarket rear valences as well as those looking to simply cut their stock bumper, you can increase sales without really having to do much work. Just some food for thought, personally I prefer duals.

Swoop, just out of curiosity, do you actually feel a noticeable difference in power?

Thanks for the effort Boosted. I love the duals they're offering, but ever since I saw the RD Sport exhaust with Aero rear, I've kind of had tunnel vision for quads. Cutting the stock bumper might be an option for Jordan....I'm not in any big hurry.

Hurry and ship these out, lol. I swear every time I go and listen to the sound of a 430 Ferrari. Then I listen to these sound clips I cant help but get a slight grin on my face. You can truly hear a good amount of exotic tone as in the 430 Ferrari....

East Coast FTW!

Don't worry, in NC they work so slow that if the scheduled delivery is for Monday that means that i'll have it by Thursday or Friday the earliest.

Clean, just tell the wife that there was something in the road and you ran over it. It completely messed up your exhaust and that you didn't want to pay for OEM so you went the cheaper route and got this one. If you really want to get away with it take a hammer to your stocker. lol

ahahahaha, I would totally do that but shes somewhat into cars so shes a little bit educated when it comes to cars and mods... It's no big deal, i've been waiting since April when I got the car to find an exhaust to settle on so whats another month. Plus I need to get a few x-mas gifts for the family/friends

I just tracked the package online and fedex said that the package weighs 40lbs so that is a pretty good weight savings over stock, which weighs 75lbs or so.
