Is there a How To or parts listing for the M3 suspension on a 335?

I have a 2007 E90 335i that has a couple of control arm bushings that need to be replaced. I figure the labor is the same either way and I've already put the Michelin Pilot Super Sports on the car, which resulted in some increased body roll, that now would be a good time to go ahead and just upgrade all the suspension and handling parts to their M3 equivalents.

I don't know exactly which parts I need though, and searching/looking through the threads, I don't see that they've all been consolidated into either a How To or a single parts listing.

Does such a thing exist and I've just missed it? If not, can anyone help me put together a parts list?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I can give you parts…

1) Front Control Arm Kit (upper tension arm, lower wishbone)
2) Front Sway Bar
3) Rear Sway Bar
4) Rear Subframe Bushings
5) Rear Toe Arm
6) Rear Guide Rods
7) Rear Upper Links
Optional:
8) Rear Camber Link (only if you go with an M3 specific suspension)

The sway-bars will be the best bet for limiting body roll & pitch, however I would rather use springs to control that aspect of the car. The front control arm will help with steering feedback, less deflect, and a more accurate turn in/feel. The rear components will help with wheel hop (when you add more power).

I believe these are all the main M suspension components.

Why do you prefer using springs to control roll/pitch versus sway bars?

Tischer has a package with everything you need. Just add coilovers + LSD and you'll have a complete upgraded suspension to M3 standards. Expensive $$$$$ so be prepared.

Awesome info so far! Does anyone sell a kit with the TRW parts?

My goal is to eventually get this car to 450HP at the wheels. I've already done the dual-cone intake and the JB4, which in addition to the tires, quickly made me realize the need for better suspension and an LSD. After that, I figure a turbo upgrade should get me there, or very close. I'm hoping to keep the suspension, LSD and turbo at no more than $6k in parts.

If you don't plan on altering spring rates then by all means, go after a sway bar. I just like to have four springs on each corner control roll vs a bar that just connects two halves of the car. You can also measure the difference because springs have certain rates. I still have stock sway bars on my 335; It allows for just enough roll that I can apply the power effectively without having too stiff of a suspension.
