TPMS - Gray vs Black vs Orange

I got 3 sets of TPMS sitting at home.

Anyone can tell me the different between them? I have done some research, and the gray one is definitely for Pre-'09/'10

The black and orange ons are Post-'09/'10. But what are the different?

Anyone know? Thanks.

post 09+ uses a different frequency to communicate with the TPMS system. I believe pre-LCI uses 443 MHz, not sure about 09+. It looks like the black one in the middle also uses 443 MHz. It looks like the same ones I bought from Apex Race Parts for my new wheels.
