VO Coding help

Hello fellas. I have a question regarding VO coding. I am working on a car with a manual transmission and right away upon retrieving the VO and VIN from NCS it presents an error saying "$207 is not valid" and the car will not allow connection. To resolve this the VO must be opened up and delete the 207 VO (manual transmission VO code). I need to do a sunroof delete and a tpms delete but this cannot be done without removing the 207 code from the VO because coding cannot be done.

Long story short, similar to a CIC retrofit, I need help on "forcing" the car to accept the VO from the actual FA file in the work folder which needs to be modified to delete the sunroof and tpms VO code. How can this be done? Thanks!
