software update for bluetoof?

so is it confirmed that there will be a software update for bluetooth in january sometime that should fix the problems people are having with they phones not pairing up consistently?

I have an appointment with a dealer in next week to correct information in the BMW Assist profile. I will check with them on the BT update since they are the ones who isolated the problem and replaced the TCU unit and had it working great for two weeks.

This a bit much for the BT not to work and BMW to continue to sale cars with BT not working. Incidently the E815 works great faxing through a BT laptop. Pairs all the time.

FWIW, my E815 works great, but I've also only had it for 3 weeks.

yeah it is pretty ridiculous. i'm gonna try and get a different phone to try out on my car, and if that doesn't work, i'm gonna start bugging my dealer to get it fixed or give me my money back.
