2008 335i coupe monaco blue

New to the form. Just purchased my first car about 2 months ago, bmw 2008 335i 6MT coupe 40k miles, no wastegate rattle thank God! It's Monaco blue with pretty much everything stock except staggered Kohomos low profile tires and head lights. I am thinking of doing an exhaust maybe first a muffler delete and then catless dps till I save enough money to get maybe the autobahn exotics exhaust. For performance mods I'm Thinking of doing jb4, DCI, BOV, catless dps, muffler del then ae exhaust. Maybe e85? For looks chrome delete black,
Paint reflectors(I have tints btw) and rims perferably black if I do chrome del. so asking for any opinions or advice. Thanks

Garage List
2010 E93  [5.00]
The muffler delete is fine, as long as you don't make it so loud that civic drivers will look at you funny. I recommend the Active Autowerke Exhaust plus they are here in Miami so install is done by them, not to mention great sound and looks. I like 5-spokes rather than the overused mesh or rep bbs wheels... Mods are really up to you though;as long as you like em go for it. Post pics though!!!!

So what's the right muffler delete where it isn't ricy? "I like 5-spokes rather than the overused mesh or rep bbs wheels." Pics? those are wheels right? And where should I put um up?

Also I'd check out borla for exhaust. Just my two cents.

Crappy pic makes it tough to assess. But first things first, drop the car before you do anything else. Personally I like the rims - what size is your staggered setup? I think black rims look hideous on Monaco Blue, particularly if you delete all other chrome. I'd plan to do something with that front bumper - splitters at a minimum. Also, the coupes really benefit from some kind of spoiler.

Not a fan of the muffler delete- but to each their own. Black kidneys, black vinyl on the window trim, and body painted reflectors for a start.

Nice color! I don't think I've ever seen a Monaco blue E92 or E93- they seem quite rare to me.

Did you get an extended warranty of any kind! If not, put some money aside for those potential nightmare repairs

Yeah I've only seen one monaco besides mine and it's was 128i and I did not. Due to the fact I'm going to do mods. Like JB4, DCI, BOV, Catless dps and exhuast

I agree with others delete the chrome, rims look good I think. If you have tons of speed bumps might not be worth dropping. Congrats...

I dropped mine on KW ST coilovers - probably 1.5 inches. Speed bumps not a problem. But you can adjust if necessary. Personally, I would not let speed bumps limit my car. What if you had a Ferrari...would you sell it because you had to navigate some speed bumps? If necessary, I'd park and walk the last mile to work, or buy a gas miser for the commute!

Point is, you simply cannot even contemplate an exhaust mod without a drop. It would look foolish IMHO.

Still playing around with spacers. This "after" pic has no spacers. I put 15mm on the rears and it was a bit too much. Looking to sell those and go 10 or 7.
