wow the changes in temperature between the different units...

Helix stepped FMIC also has a large surface area
Stett claims "IAT's 10-20 degrees within ambient at 620HP or less" if only the Helix looked as good as the Stett...

Also a question of usable surface area. The Stett has a large face, thin core, but how much of that surface area will see direct air flow/contact? About half of it will be behind the crash bar and bumper.

Air should still make it up to the covered section it won't be as effective as the part exposed to direct air flow but neither are the fins at the back of a thick core.

Fins at the back of any core are just to allow air to flow through.

Air flow is important, however goes hand in hand with core quality and volume. having one without the other will expose a weak link. Especially once your power levels and goals increase, not so much important if you are going to just remain FBO.

not sure lol but stett had to repackage it cause they said usps wouldnt ship anything that big to aus.

$150 for shipping but they gave me a $50 discount to help with shipping cause ive boought my charge pipe and intake from them
