Ok first of the pics are from E46fanatics.com a member named bugatti.

The incident happend at the Dubai Motor Show 2007, while the CS was driven away after the show.

The CS driver was reversing and hit the ferrari behind him .. Then he was shouting and blaming the ferrari driver while it was his mistake.

Certain angles of that car look insane.
