I thought the center console locks when you lock the car so the iPod cannot get stolen??

I exit 92E on to 101S each morning , and the CHP is always stationary behind the damn bushes. If you ever exit off 92 on to 101S then you know those damn big bushes. He's not even inside his car but literally hiding outside behind the bushes. If someone crosses the bold lines and try to skip on to the Hillsdale exit, he'll jump out in front of the car and point them to the side. I have not seen then pull anyone over for a no front plate yet though. This happens every morning.

I got pulled over on 101/680 for no front plate, and tints.
Cop was behind me when he pulled me over, and I saw him as I got on the freeway, so I know I wasn't speeding.
He didn't say anything about speed, just wrote the standard tint/license (chp).
What a waste.
