335d dynograph

The 335d with steptronic gearbox measured 266 rear wheel horsepower!
Thats pretty good I think
The powerloss with auto would be around 20%, meaning 332 hp at the flywheel, thats a lot more than the rated 286 hp.

Impressive numbers - amazing torque monster! However that is a hub dyno similar to a dynapak which generally read much higher, so I would say more likely a 10% or less drivetrain loss. Nevertheless, impressive for the diesel!

I agree you won't get 20% drivetrain loss when the wheels/tires are removed.
And I don't think the autos lose 20% drivetrain loss even WITH the wheels and tires on. It's probably closer to 16-17% (manuals are about 13-14%).

I think Nikolas is probably about right with a 10% loss when measured at the hub.

That would mean about 315-318 hp at the crank.

Is there a "chip" or piggyback for the diesel yet?

Most German tuners have a chip already.
