Yup, the M6 took it in the straight and in the final turn the M6 got away again...

The S2000 driver is showboating around the turns, drifting. It could have easily caught up to the M6. I will take S2000 over a M6 on a track any day. That car is more fun and more dedicated to track.

looks more like he was trying to keep up with the M6 and lost control around a turn.

What makes you think the M6 driver even knew how to drive. That race was so uneven its not funny. If you had the same drivers no way in hell could the S2000 have caught up the M6. Maybe caught up from 20 car lengths to 18.

That's a pretty nice website. I'd never looked at it until just now. The M6 kicks the cream out of every honda I could throw at it, even the NSX-R.

Exactly, on long track where power comes into power the M6 pulls away from the s2k. But look at the shorter tracks, Tsukuba, Hockenheim Shorttrack, Oschersleben, or Motovision handling course from the same page

The difference in time isn't as big as the difference between the price tag. Not bashing on the M6 but the S2K is hell of a machine for 35k. I'd buy a used Elise at that price though. I like battle of David vs. Goliath

Of course on shorter thacks the difference in seconds will be smaller.

But do some math and look at the %'s and you may find that M6 still wins no problem.
