It is a rally.
You meet up with your Tampa Chapter at Regency Square Shopping Center:
2350 West Brandon Blvd Brandon, FL 33511

and you drive with them down to Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort & Spa
400 S Collier Blvd Marco Island, FL 34145

At Marco Island the other two chapters will also be there. So yeah it is a car show but like 7 shows all in one

Who are jimmy and Martin? Other then what I've heard from you, there is no info on this event. I went to the Florida Bimmer website, also no mention of the event?
Once we get to Marco Island, what activities are planned? Swap meet, barbeque, raffle, or anything else?
The above mentioned activities can bring in more revenue for our charity.

Theres all types of ppl from all ages, ppl from tampa, orlando and miami.

That is something that you have to speak with directly with the organizers of the event. If you show up to any meets youll be able to speak with any of them. I have no idea of what activities are planned all i know is ppl are sleeping over from saturday to sunday. the rally is for charity and each chapter will caravan all the way to marco island, there will be a huge car meet im assuming, and then probably at night everyone would agree to each dinner somewhere or pool/beach etc. If I were looking for info, the best bet is probably through facebook on there events section post on the actual event, try to direct message them.
