I have been searching all over the web for ///M cars drives and meets in Orange County, CA for the last few weeks. With the exception of some occasional BMWCCA events and Irvine Cars & Coffee, there isn't anything out there.

Most of us are professionals, have very busy lives and trying to find time to enjoy our precious ///M cars with fellow ///M enthusiasts have become more of a thought than a reality. I remember my college years, cruising around town with friends in our early day cars (mine was a 1988 Mustang GT, 5 speed Manual) on a Friday or Saturday night. It had become our weekly ritual. It was fun.

Let's get together to share our interests in ///M cars over coffee or breakfast and cruise around OC every other Saturday morning. We can go to Laguna Beach, Balboa Island, up to a nearby mountain road etc.. NO street racing, just cruising.

Just purchased my first BMW on June 22. Actually had my wife pick it up for me since I was on military leave until this past Saturday. Depending on my National Guard drill weekends, I would definitely enjoy meeting other M3 owners.

Sounds great. I have been doing the cars and coffee in Irvine for a bit. Not many M's show up. Did a huge car rally that started in Irvine and drove all around OC ending at the district about 6 months ago and it was a blast. Hope this works out as it would be fun to do. I have found so for that many M drivers are not all that friendly and willing to just talk to other M owners. I owned a GT500 and that group was a little more open and willing to talk to strangers. I think this would be awesome as at least we would all want to meet up and talk cars.
