Oh no, my left fog lamp's glass was hit by some chip I think & its crack now.
elac/I think my C55 fog lamps got a circular crack 5 years ago they are hardly noticeable due to its raw design and the fogs are already being massive chipped anyway. FYI, I got the same quote from ZF about C55 fog replacement a year ago, thus, in terms of your car value, it is more justified than if I do for the c55 'cause I need a whole new pair for better matching. However, if might find good deals say from eBAY for less than US$200 per pair.
Here I found a pair for mine:

And a pair for you,

( if they claim this is OEM quality, then I guess the OEM price will be at least HK$2800 per pair)

Step one remove the three torx that is holding the trim on.
Step two remove the three (or is it four) torx screws that hold the lamp assembly in place. Also remove the wiring harness.
Step three take out the push connectors that are holding the wheel well lining in place, you only need the bottom most three or four.
Step four peal back the liner and you should have access to the lamp.
Step five reinstall.
(what size torx screw need to take off the 3 torx screws? Ans:T-15 )
