My e90 335 has a very firm turning effort on the steering wheel. I like it. Now when I drive my Dodge Durango, which has a very light steering effort, I swear I'm swerving all over the road! I very much prefer the steering effort on the BMW now.
The tires on my 335 are 225's up front, and the Duango has 275's.
