My N54 is smooth, more than powerful enough for my purposes, and even good on gas mileage if I keep my foot out of it. Brilliant for city and freeway driving, and better yet in the twisties. I could ask for nothing more, and never even considered a 350 or 370 Z. But I believe I could really shock a Z's owner if they didn't suspect...
