Yep. I'm done with HPA. I bought a Quaife LSD from Harold 4 years ago and many suspension components since; most recently these RE toe arms and M3 rear upper links. HPA sent me two left upper links, my car sat on a lift for an hour while I was at lunch for which the shop was going to charge me for their time, and he didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the shipping mistake. His actual response was defensive and contrite. These RE toe arms cost me $300. and didn't last 3 months. Harold's response is to charge me $30. per spherical joint and tell me I'm the only customer to have this problem. I expect better customer service and product after spending thousands of dollars at HPA over the past 4+ years. There, I feel better..
I'll check with YOU the next time I'm interested in a suspension component
I see you haven't drank the HPA koolaid
