as long as i don't have to do a widebody again to fit these wheels, all you mentioned would be a piece of cake!
my real question truly was if the 9.5s would fit in the front with tricky xi fronts! but a big thank you for giving me insight and confidence in taking on this challenge! =)

Roll fenders, shave it if u can, and then pull it by a lot.

speaking of bump stops which ones should i get for the front and for the rear without shaving the current ones?
