I was a quart low so I added the oil additive instead (flash point 450F, Castrol 5w-30 s is 478F - not bad), well so far the engine has definitely become quieter and i think its staying 5 - 8 degrees cooler, but then it was raining also this morning... I did notice the idle vibrations have gone away completely .. now this could all be a coincidence, stay tuned as I observe some more
