BMWTools 2.12 (read INPA, NCSExpert, WinKFP) run on 64-bit windows with no problems. How to set it up is written in Coding section of this forum.
But as it was mentioned before, there are always some unpredicted/unknown issues come out, which hopefully can be fixed later (after gaining some experience).
