I called Valentine today; they said no, both the V1 visual display AND the Concealed Display cannot be on at the same time...how stupid, imho.
Even the guy I spoke at Valentine said he thought that was a good idea and he would pass it on to the engineers -- yeah, whatever...don't you think they should've thought of that before.
Anyway, I returned the Concealed Display today to get my money back on it.
So, far, the V1 works well, but I hate how you can't turn off X-band entirely...this thing is so friggin sensitive; it picks up every automatic store door, etc. even on "L" mode.
