Your best bet now honestly is take the 50% refund and file a dispute with your credit card company saying the seller refuses to warranty his own product even after you are willing to send it back for credit.

A year ago there was no information out regarding if he had faulty turbos so i took the leap. Just like anyone else not knowing whether pure turbo or hexons were great because they never had a bad rep. also a year ago he wants much more pleasant to work with. Now its just a big PIMA.
