Take another look at the actual fusebox. Most have an space where a fuse-puller is stored.

Look for the pic with the caption "Ground Screw Added" and go 5 o'clock from there, you'll see one that's red, mounted horizontally. It's about twice as long as the fuse is wide.
It might take some fingernails to get the puller off it's hold-down posts.
