FYI not all states offer glass coverage. Last time I asked, either in Arkansas or Tennessee, you couldn't get glass coverage. It was just part of comprehensive subject to your deductible.
Autozone has procedures to deal with this. Just talk to the manager and find out their process for filing a claim to get it repaired. And if it's on their dime, insist on taking it to BMW and use BMW glass. It can make a difference with the rain sensor.
