hardwire
hey, great post, I'm trying a similar thing, trying to hard wire my dash cam, to my bmws e90 2006 320d, but when i try tapping into the fuse box it doesn't see to give any power to the dash cam, i've tried using the piggybank tap in cable too, and it still doesn't seem to give power to the dash cam, i've tried this on different fuses, couldn't get any power, and i've also checked if my wiring was correct and it is because if i try connecting the power cable to the battery of the car it works fine (i did this just to check if the cables were all done correctly), but when i try hard wiring it to the fuse box it just doesn't seem to give any power to the wire for the dash cam, any help?
