Idea for a meet is good, but WTF are you thinking about with a run to Montauk in May??? There is no way you can avoid running thru the Hamptons and on weekends, it would be a logistical nightmare. Also, there are relatively zero places out east that could accommodate over 100 cars for food. Another idea if you want to run would be to start out @ Jones Beach and run up to Sunken Meadow Park. You can reserve a pavilion there for a private gathering and cater the whole affair.
