if you are talking about the ESS original tune and the 120mm pulley ... I don't think it make those power, not even close.
On a dynopack I am only making 260 rwhp with the ESS original file (stock car about 225rwhp, you can say it reads low always but number are all just relative). I pit it against my friends' 135i and 335i of various tuning level and the power level is about right.
How's your AEM meth injector port holding on the silicon charge pipe? Did it work well?
