Thanks! This is definitely for the 4560 & 4570 codes which is usually the opposite of my issue, it's for 'Fuel Pressure Too Low'. I think that happens when either the LPFP doesn't send enough fuel to the HPFP. Or if the HPFP is faulty (crack in housing, etc) and doesn't fill the Fuel Rail.
