I designed and manufactured brackets to fit Full M3 kit (calipers and M3/4 Floated brake discs 380mm front and 370mm rear) to our E90. It is not straight swap it still involves to push caliper bushes and press new ones, cut dust shields front and back and involves a drilling,taping and grinding on rear hub which won't affect OEM caliper fitment.
