I am having a curious problem with N55 (E90 335i):

Last week I replaced the PCV Valve (Valve Cover is still original) because of the famous 28A0 Error code and some hesitation between 3000 and 4000 revs. PCV also failed the flame test.

Since then I have this squaking if I start engine that is completelly warm. Squeaking is accompannied with uneven idle that is so bad, that car died a few times idling.
This only occurs after the engine is started. It does not happen if engine was started cold.
This happens only on warm starts. It does not happen on cold start.

I also made a video representation of problem:

My question is: can this be a symptom of failed Valve Cover? Whay is different when starting engine warm? Does vacuum pump run stronger?
I would like to understand problem before "throwing parts into a car".

Thank you and best regards!
Did you ever get the answer to your question?
I am trying to diagnose an issue with my car, which has similar sounds but under slightly different triggers. (Car warm/hot, and only while car is facing down him and I am braking)
