Like others have said, just go with a good quality oil that is 5w30, 0w40, or 5w40 and don't worry too much about it.

Ravenol
Pennzoil Platinum
Any of those should protect your engine just fine. I actually had to send my wife to the store to pickup oil for me once... she got the Valvoline Euro 5w40 formula... guess what, engine was still fine
I think the most important thing here is to not beat on your engine until it comes up to temp. I personally don't really get on it until engine oil temps are above 180F.
