+1 and the drivers door is the only one that will open at all until this is fixed.
It's probably a bad lock actuator that is blowing the fuse. For a temp fix, acccess the fuse panel behind the glove box and replace the blown fuse with one of the spares. This may even last for weeks but it will blow again. Get the actuator replaced under warranty.
